Meet at 5pm sharp in Hennings 318 to depart for the restaurant
The bus departs at 5:15 from the Chan Centre near the Rose Garden
Dinner starts at 6pm at the Observatory.
Bus returns leaves from the Observatory for the hotel (and UBC campus) at 9:30pm.

Because of UBC Triathlon, from UBC Translink bus 25, 33, 49 or R4 goes to 16th and Wesbrook, then walk south on Wesbrook 10 min to TRIUMF Reception at 4004 Wesbrook Mall.

The UBC Physics Olympics is in Hebb 100 from 9am to 4pm
